ISA 2004 HTTPS on Port 8081

We have a site that users are trying to access and keeps getting blocked. I have added the 8081 SSL port to the ISA Tunneling Port Range but I am not sure how to create the Protocol Definition for this new SSL port. I do not get the option to "add" it to my existing access rule.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
