ISA 2004 - Error when creating/modifying any rule

Hi,

On our existing ISA 2004 box, we have an issue where whenever trying to create/modifiy or delete a rule. We get the following error:

"The system cannot find the file specified"


Has anyone had this before? we have tried rebooting and everything.

Any help would be appriciated.

I only experimented this one time , the solution was backup the current configuration ,reinstall isa server and import the configuration. Its not an elegant solution but works for me.
