Seems like you used up too many csta seats with your application.

Hi,, your csta seats can get used twice and your lic might
need refreshing.
you can check this use command dilic:; to find out
how many you have and how many are in use.

This is license number 40 and tells you how many people may use CSTA aplications in combination with your IS3030.
If you want to know how many? Use OM command DILICS:;
