Hello All
I have a client that has a Philips IS3030 which has an OM terminal connected via the IP port on the CPU 810. They lost connectivity after their network was upgrade and the IP range was changed. We restore the IP address issue and got both the OM terminal and CPU in the same range.
The problem we now have is that when you run OM it shows in the connection status window that it connects for a brief moment(1 sec) then disconnects immediately. I have tried various settings but the problem persists.
Also I tried to connect via my laptop which also has OM installed but it gives me the identical fault.
I would really appreciate any assistance or advice.
Matt
