IS3000 Minor Alarm

Hi,

We are using SOPHO IS3000.
The problem is, a MINOR ALARM indicates on the alarm interface ALI255.
Since we don't have sufficient manuals to investigate on, the alarm couldn't be identified.

Please give us all the stuff in detail to sort the issue. This is new for us, so pls mention how to connect to IS3000 also. If there is any OM software pls state.
