is wget1.8.2 for hpux 11?

Hi everyone:
I'm trying to download the wget1.8.2 depote file for my hpux 10.20 workstation,
and I can't find anywhere on the web. I starts to suspect that
wget1.8.2 is for hpux11.0 or higher. Can someone educate me, please.
