is weblogic.jdbc.rmi.SerialConnection a Wrapper ?

Hello,
i've wrapped the OracleDriver(thin)and the Connection it gives back.Wl61 uses my Driver at startup, but i get a weblogic.jdbc.rmi.SerialConnection from Connection Pool(with DataSource and JNDI) and the methode i added in the Connection-Wrapper are not visible. Does Wl61 replace the Driver?
