I'd worry a bit. No telling what this actually is and whether it contains trojans, spyware, etc.
The misinformation there is also a bit worrying: OE was not retired after WinXP but just tweaked and renamed Windows Mail in Vista. Win7 was when it was discarded by Microsoft.
These guys don't seem to be on top of things at all.
My wife still uses OE. She can't get on with thunderbird or Windows Live Mail so she's still stuck on XP with OE. I actually prefer OE to Outlook. You would have thought that Outlook is a superior product but in terms of user interface, but the rules on filters are a lot simpler to set on OE.
