Is this site valid?

I've seen references to passitnow.com & I've taken some of the exams, which seem to repeat the same questions. In fact I just took an exam with the same question twice in one session that was worded slightly differently.

If you have used this site for prep. Did it help?

The questions aren't bad and they do repeat, but I also think they are dropping heavy duty spyware and stuff on you.

I noticed that too. That and the repeat questions made me wonder the validity of the site.
