Check your Notes.ini. Is the MAXSESSIONS entry present?

Yes the maxsessions is present in the Notes.ini,
This problem occurs not only on this notes server, it happens on several servers, I start to think this is a memory leak or something due kernel problems, but the strange thing is when I disable services who use a lot of memory or resources it makes no difference.

The Max Session is set to 5000 this means that the kernel memory is used for 5000 x 400 kb ( I hope I am correct)
It seems enough to me....
