Is this possible?

I have a form that logs stock received via a check box. when this check box is flagged it runs a query that updates the units in stock. The details of orders are held in one table and the stock values in another. What I would like the form to do is when the reveived check box is flagged it makes the line in the form invisible but retains the information in the orders table to be searched on in other forms and reports - eg. number of orders to a certain supplier in a certain time frame.

Is this possible?
