setting up a call director mailbox so when a holiday comes it plays a holiday greeting instead of the normal press 1 for this 2 for that, I have looked through Edocs but not seen anything

Yes, this is very possible.

Look under the section on Call Director. You are looking for the ON/OFF feature, where, within that feature, you can select Holidays by date.

thanks for the info, So I am likly missing a feature bit in the current Fcos ? I thought I had version 11 of the nfo file on my laptop, I will have to wait till monday and track down the cdrom at work

Are you now stating you have a problem? Until this point you have only asked a question, not stated you have a problem. If you are having a problem, please state what the problem is.

not really a problem I have call director setup with a couple of numbers however one of the "admins" from that department is wanting to setup the voicemail so where christmas comes it plays only a specific christmas greeting, I see where i setup the weekly & Holiday under schedule however nothing in the holiday section specifically points to the holiday greeting mailbox (at least not that I saw) so I figured I was missing something somewhere,
