I heard someone discuss something about .bat files a while ago ... the fscommand "exec" only starts a program, you can't specify the document it opens ... however, if you link to a .bat file, you should be able to open the program AND state the file to open. A certain sheet out of a book might be a little more tricky, but it's worth a shot.
I don't know what to write in the .bat file, but I'm sure you should be able to find a tutorial on BAT files somewhere on the web. Or maybe someone here knows ... *cue helpful Samaratin*
