I have currently at the office, the Symantec Firewall/VPN Appliance Model 100.

I don't know if this is the correct forum to post about that hardware-based firewall solution.

If it is, then I'll ask some questions and will try to help you in whatever I'd able to.

I don't think there is any more specific forum for Symantec's firewall appliances. I have a 200R and have posted a couple of questions here.
