Can't find my reference grid so my question, is a NAM with SW 4.1.05 compatible with an old T1 R1 SW SP: 30nCG19. I can access the voicemail feature codes except for the F983 password , doesn't work even after a reset. Also i see it does a F921 in "XFTEST" and not the F915/916 ,any clues??

The system was out of the states so that explains the F915-921 issue, any idea why i can't get into F983 even with the password reset??( it is F985 press 9 73738767793 ok yes) I don't know what is on the NAM as it was purchased direct by this customer ( yeah i know) but if i do a back up to a disk then do a reset (startup ??) do you think this would do it, any help appreciated.

It could just be an ACD stand alone.
Log into F915.
Choose Admin.
Next to Voice & Fax, then Show.
At Choice of Appl press Show.
This will show you the applications installed on the NAM.
You can next through to ensure NVM is actually installed.

Don't think the backup will work as you have to access F983 to run it, for that matter you have to access F983 to reinstall it.

Assuming VM is installed ... have you tried different DN lengths on the Sys Manager mbox?
12,102, 1002, 10002, etc.?

When i get the time i'll go back to the site unplug the flash and have another go at the NAM which is hanging on the wall ready to go LOL, you all know what it's like, customer can't be without voicemail but doesn't want to stay late.

I think i did try some 12xxxx 102xxxx 1002xxxx etc but i'll try again as you end up going in circles sometimes and you forget what you actually did try. Thanks guys
