I need to add a Trunk Mod with 1 CI cartrdige to a MICS 4.1 XC. These trunks will be inbound POTS lines. They will be answered directly by the NAM 4.0.4 12 ports Fiber. The NAM will answer with greeting TABLE 2 (to get a different greeting ..almost like another company or tenant).

I want to set up a CCR tree to press 1 for sales and 2 for Acctg. If I hit 1 during AA, It will ring a HUNT group (say 707) and ring and Appear on 4-5 telephones. I will make a mailbox 707 on the NAM to answer with a general sales message after 4 rings. I want to do the same with the accounting and use HG 708 and mailbox 708.

I need to tell the customer YES or NO. I am pretty confident that it will be fine, but I figured I post it to just be sure.

You would think it could but Nope. Callpilot 150 yup. So, everything is good up to the point of forwarding off to a VMBox, can't happen coming from a Hunt Group. Hunt groups will ring and ring no answer back to the CCR portion of the V.M. Another way is pick a phone that you can assign the General sales message to, have that ring 3 or 4 times and the rest of the Hunt Group crew have an Answer DN for this person as a button on their phone. Remember that the other sets have to have their forward no answer set at least 1 setting higher than the originating set (4 or 6 rings). Just repeat this steps for the other option of accounting dept. Later!

It should work with a NAM just overflow to the vmail extension. I have it set up here in the lab with no problem.
