Is this an ASP issue (UTF8)

The website below, i am trying to validate.

When i started the validation tool came back with the error below, and I dont know where to look in the site or where to ask in tek tips for help, here it is:

utf8 "\xA3" does not map to Unicode

sorry guys i dont think i had set the right encoding value, and that was why the eror was coming up.

I just set it to 8859-1 and all the erros cam eup, so i got a lot to get on with.
