Is this a Virus?

Hello all! I have a pc in my office that everytime you open a window like My Computer, the window opens 3 times. So I have 3 windows of My Computer opened. Also happens quen I go to Outlook and open an e-mail, the e-mail opens 3 times. Is This a Virus?

First I would suggest updating your virus definitions and running a scan of your pc. If all is clear try a simple defrag of your harddrive.

Hello! I already scan the pc for virus and my Virus Definitions are up-to-date but still, a virus can pass thru and do some damage. Do you think a defrag will resolve this issue?

if not when did it start happening and had you made any system changes before it did?

I would add one more thing to your list of things to try.
Try a different mouse. The switch may be going bad.
