I have a Traid system that I removed from service and am trying to get an accurate description of it so I can sell it.
I don't know if it matters, it's a 6 slot carrier.

My question is about the software version. The MPBI card has 2 chips on it. Chip one says:
TR8020-01
V.3.09 BASIC
U1 3E63

Chip 2 says:
TR8020-01
V.3.09 BASIC
U3 0E1E

From looking around on the net I see that the TR8020-01 is a ver 1 chip but the chip says V.3.09 on it.

I'm confused.

Can anyone straighten me out?

Thanks!

It is software version 3.09 Basic. Basically it is release 3, build 09 without ACD (hence Basic).

Thanks Mike.
Just to be specific, does this mean that I can call this system a Triad 3?

Yours is a Triad 2. Triad 1, 2 or 3 refers to the cabinet type/size - not the software level.
