Is this a hack / trojan / virus popup page?

Hi guys

I was searching for a problem I had with a MS program today (what? a problem with MS software? Strange...) anyways this page came up from nowhere (I was called away from my desk for about a minute when I was searching)
Titled "microsoft.com - disinformation for the rest of us"
The IP of the page was 67.15.54.2
Be careful, I am not sure how it got there or where it came from. Any ideas?

That page seems to contain one ot the MS Javascript expoits. Make sure you have all the Critical Windows Updates and run a couple of these faq760-3862 to be safe.

I half expected it to be something like that - luckily all my antivirus etc is up to date.

I ran a spyware + virus scan yesterday and all was good.
