I have hundreds of vectors and there are no call flow diagrams and managers here wanting them. Is visual vectors a decent tool or does anyone know of another tool that can take the vector contents and map out a call flow diagram? Thanks

We are in the process of migrating our contact center from Avaya to Genesys so we wanted to make it easier to map out our call flows. We used a company called Consitacom who was able to pull our vectors and put them in visio for us. It saved us a lot of time and effort.

I never found Visual vectors to be that great.

Take a look at the Call Flow Extractor here:
They say they can export to a Visio file.

Does anyone know how these 2 programs differ? I've used CFE for years and it does it's job well but the PDF call-flows are semi unreadable for large complicated vectors. Does consitacom do this any better? I see the latter product also has some sort of audit tool to identify vector errors. Any feedback or pricing anyone can share? Seems strange I haven't heard of this software before.

I have just implemented this with CM 6.3 CMS R16, AES 6, AAEP. Avaya Contact Center Control Manager
