Is there reason to migrate from MySql 4.1.13 to 5.0.15 ?

I don't need views, stored procedures, triggers, ... I'm just interesting can I get better performance (speed, stability) with 5.0 version. What's yours experience with new version?
 
If you don't need those features, don't upgrade. Or at least don't upgrade yet. Any speed boosts you get will probably require your going to stored procedures.

Anyway, I haven't seen any data on the speed of 5.0 versus 4.1
