Is there are way to modify the margins between sections?

There seems to be too much space between my sections.
Is there a way to modify that?

Not enough information but two come to mind.

1. You can move the objects to the top of a section and then drag the section bar up.
2. You can suppress any group footers that does not contain any objects.
