HI,

Im working in a 2000pp doc in Pm652. After do the hard work applyng "fine tuning" adjustaments to the text, my client is asking for major changes.

Two of them are driving me crazy:

 1. He wants to change DEFAULT underlines to custom created ones. It will not apllied to paragraphs, but just to selected words. Im using Ctrl+Shift+u to creat "POSTSCRIPT LOVERS rejected underline effect". But its standard underline is just trash. Is there a way to control standard underlines in PM652? Or to force a BREAK INSIDE A SENTENCE --maybe using special characters-- to isolate some words creating FALSE PARAGRAPHS controlled by RULE BELOW PARAGRAPH?

 2. He wants to change everything everytime. So all the previous text need to be edited MANUALLY to preserve custom applyed characters -- if I just change the STYLES these SYMBOL FONTS will be lost and converted to "A"s, "B"s, and things like that IS there a way to preserv custom characters from these changes WITHOUT manually edit them?

Many thanks.

Shoot the client.

I hope he is paying you well for all the extra time he is requiring you to put into the job.

Yes. He's paying very very well and im working under a contract. I can work for years on it, but im stressed to much to consider this possibility...

Unfortunately you can only apply one style to a paragraph automatically. Are the symbol fonts used as bullets? If so, why not use the bullet utility? That will preserve your bullets when changing styles. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
