Queries of this sort seem to be becoming more frequent lately. You'll find (or have already found) that Internet Explorer readily lends itself to blocking a few sites while allowing access to most, but NOT vice versa. You'll undoubtedly be offered some opinions as to how to limit employee access, but I think you'll find none more sound ot ultimately effective than a solid policy. (i.e. You don't do this, or we do this...)
You can beat yourself black and blue by trying to implement measures, and then coutermeasures, to hamper the dalliances of your staff, but as long as they've got a bit of knowledge and a lack of respect for the admin, they're going to find a way around it. The best thing you can do is not limit their access, but limit their desire to do so.
