Tween one picture into another?

I read the help file, and it says to break apart the images, which i did.
I put the first picture in the frame that i wanted to animation to start in, then made a new keyframe where i wanted it to finish. in the new keyframe, i put the image that I wanted the first picture to morph into.
then i did all the effect stuff blahdy blah

am i overlooking something simple, or can't you do this?

change the tween from motion to shape..should be green not purple..make sure they are both broke apart..

as an addendum to virts post... you can accomplish this by selecting the first frame of the tween and then select shape in the dropdown menu in the frames panel. Ya' Gotta Love It!
