Is there any way to remotely change announcements on Partner Msg R7?

It would be convenient for the personnel of my school to be able to remotely call in and change some the auto-attendant messages in Partner Messaging R7, or announcements, e.g. if school is closed due to inclement weather. Is there any way to do this? The manual doesn't seem to indicate that there is, but perhaps this group knows of a way. Thanks!

Call in to the system, when the AA answers press *7, enter 0# and the password and follow the prompts.

You can do what jaylem suggested,
call the phone system
press *7,0#,password#,9,3,1,1,6,*#,1

Note however that it is not a good idea to have people mess with the aa system and if you have a long menu it will have to be rerecorded every time all over. What you can do is:

1. record a temporary menu that you can switch on or off
2. record announcements (up to 99) and have on the main menu a message such as: "for the latest information regarding school schedule dial 6" and have 6 point to one of the announcements. Then it would be very easy to just make it point to another announcement and you would not need to rerecord any messages - or at worst just rerecord an announcement.
