Is there any way to have two NAT's for one real server?

I have a need to create a NAT from my outside and DMZ interfaces to one actual server located on another DMZ.

Is there any way to create a dual NAT that will not cause spoofing problems when connections are made? This seems to be the problem I have been seeing.

Thanks
