I have a number of HP Ultrium autoloaders, at present we must manually scan each one. Is it possible to automate a scan at all?

Is there any way to automate a scan in BE 8.6?

There are currently no ways to automate the scan process. This needs to be done by right clicking the slots in Devices and selecting scan.
Scan: (for people that don't know what scan does)
(for robotic libraries with bar code readers)
The Scan operation queries the robotic library’s memory to quickly update inventory information without requiring media to be inserted in the drive. The amount of information attained from the bar code varies depending on the robotic library’s bar code feature.
