Hi,

Is there an something like shl command present on hp on aix.

shl- is a shell layer manager
shl provides a means for interacting with more than one shell from a single terminal by using shell layers.

Please let me if anyone is aware of anby such utility on
aix.

Thanks and Regards
Deepak

Deepak,

You can get something called facetterm for AIX that will do what you want. There's nothing that comes with AIX as standard though, as far as I know.
