Is there an "Idiots Guide to Norstar/VoiceMail" 1

I have "inherited" a Norstar Meridian w/Flash voicemail.
We lost power long enough to kill the memory.
I would like to reprogram the system to make best use of
the abilities of the system. We have 15 people in our office. The manuals are awful at best!
Is there a guide or example logic diagrams available??
Is there a general FAQ somewhere to help setup a good system?
