Is there an option to make MULTISET tables the default ?

I would like to be able to create MULTISET tables without having to specify the MULTISET keyword, because I am sending generic SQL commands through an ODBC channel. Is there an option to set the default table creation mode to MULTISET ?

If you switch the session mode to ANSI (ODBC Configuration -> Options) then it defaults to MULTISET.

But there are other differences, too:
all Char columns are "Case Specific" by default and you have to COMMIT each Create Table...
