Is there an easy way to do math equations

I'm doing some math tests and they include all kinds of complicated equations, fractions and symbols. Is there a collection of math symbols or some easier way to create these rather than manually drawing all the symbols?

There is a font called "Mathematical Pi". All symbols are here.
That would be the easiest way, I believe.

Thanks, i was digging around in symbols and never even thought about fonts...
