Our existing ACT 2005 database interferes with a number of programs included MS Office 2005 programs, specifically WORD and EXCEL

We have had it with ACT and their POOR support. We now want to move to a different database that will import all of the ACT data.

IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE TO ACT 2005?

WE DO NOT WANT TO UPGRADE BECAUSE EVERY TIME WE DO THERE ARE INSTALLATION "ISSUES". THE LAST TIME IT TOOK 12 CONTINUAL HOURS TO CORRECT. WE DON’T WISH TO BE BETA TESTES AND DREAM OF THE DAY THAT ACT IS NO LONGER ON OUR SYSTEMS.

I love Access, but you have to plan in advance very carefully.
