Is there a Win2k boot log analyzer program?

Is there anything similar to a small program called Boot Log Analyzer (used with Win 95 and Win 98) that I can get for Windows 2000 Professional? The old program would show file/driver name, whether or not it loaded and the time it took to load. You could sort by time to load. I liked the program because it would help to find start up delays.
 
I honestly have never seen one.

MS offered for a period of time Bootvis.exe, but i believe only for XP.

I have used sysinternals freeware tools to monitor the boot-time process. It gives the time stamps, but duration of each step you will need a pencil and a piece of paper:
