Just wondering, is there a way to tell our EPOS (which is intergrated with Accpac in the back) not to allow certain AR customers to pay on account?

Our default customer for all transactions is CASH customer and sometimes employees are selling things on account to this customer by mistake, instead of selecting the right customer.
