Hello
I programatically clear an Access table using sql string. On my machine, it goes through fine. On my co worker's machine (she has the same version of Access 2002) the operation displays like 4 different "are you SURE you want to delete?" boxes. We would like to get rid of them. How do we do it? Either MS Access setup or programatic option would do

Hi!

[tt]docmd.setwarnings false
docmd.runsql "your sql string"
docmd.setwarnings true[/tt]

I think one of you might have turned the warnings off (might be dangerous;-))

Yeah tell me about it. Knowling them, they are gonna mess up a lot of stuff without the warning boxes. I'll put my own msgbox there saying "Are you sure you want to clear the table?". I am just making the system, analysts come back crying that there are SO MANY ANNOYING pop ups... I'll just blame it on them
