Is there a way to shrink size of audio track...

Hi,

I created a presentation in flash and have an audio track the guides people through it. I recorded the initial track into 4 separate WAV files (becase of size) then converted them to MP3. The resulting file is still rather large. Is there a way to get it smaller?

Only thing I can think of is to recompress the Mp3 at a lotwer bit rate, within Flash.
