at any given time? The supervisor of our only dept on an ACD group wants to check up on his people.

Option 61C, rls 4.5 with a standard ACD package - we do not have Symposium. He has an M3905 and I am ordering a 22key KEM for him (so he can more easily observe sets) (Thinking I can add OBV keys for every set in the group, right?) but he doesn't have that right now.

So other than walking over and looking at the sets can he tell by anything on his phone if a given set is msb or avaialble?

thanks!

Put a BFS key on the KEM for each of the agent sets.

Doc, the BFS is for observing? or is that for checking MSB? and can I do both?

doh! Is hould have added NRD too - does that make a difference? MSB makes the whole set busy, right? and NRD just makes it not avaialble to the ACE queue? so it could be NRD but not MSB and calling the PDN would ring the set?
