Is there a way to search a user/agent to see what group they belong?

In user administration. If you dubbelklick on a user. There is a list of the grups that the user belongs to.

johnan is right. in user administrator on left hand side there is a search option enter the first name e.g of user in question it will return all users with that name double click the user and at bottom it will show what groups he belongs too
