Is there a way to schedule a job or a script to restart a service? 1

We currently use Right Fax on one of our servers but the Right Fax connector on our Exchange Server seems to stop once a day and different hours and I have to manually restart the service every time it fails. I already have it set to restart the service if it fails but that doesn't seem to be working so I was wondering if there is a way to schedule a job to restart the service everyone 4 or 6 hours. Any help is greatly appreciated.
