Is there a way to remove duplicates from a collection?

I've been at this too long I have a collection of part numbers that I want to remove the duplicates. Is there an easy way?

You may want to look into the dictionary object. It is much more powerful than collections and can deal easily with duplicates.

Instead of removing duplicates from the collection, why not scan the collection at the point of adding a new item to ensure that the "new" item does not exist in the collection.

Is that feasible in your environment?
