is there a way to query authorities?

I know you can get a list of public authorities using prtpubaut. Is there a way to query objects authorities? Say to see what objects have public autority fo *change or user xxxxxx with *use.

Why not use a CLP to DSPOBJD to *outfile then read the outfile and for each DSPOBJAUT to another outfile
