Is there a way to put labels into the cross tab.

My current set up for my cross tab is:

Rows:
IRSCLAIM.SPECIAL23
IRSCLAIM.SPECIAL21
IRSCLAIM.SPECIAL18
IRSCLAIM.SPECIAL11
IRSCLAIM.SPECIAL12
(with all the row totals collapsed)

Columns:
MBO.LOCNAME
Facility.LOCNAME

Summarized Fields:
Count of IRSCLAIM.CLAIM

I want to put labels over the rows

If you have the crosstab in the report footer (touching the top of the section), you can add a formula to the page header:

"Row 1 Row 2 Row 3 Row 4 Row 5 Row 6"

Adjust the gap between labels as necessary. Format the page header to "underlay following sections".

If you have horizontal (virtual) pages, format the formula to "repeat on horizontal pages" and in the customize style tab, be sure to check "repeat row labels".

My cross tab is actully in my Report Header, becuase I have details of incidnrts underneath.

One this I failed to mention was that this is a quality report, so it is bascially showing where people are making mistakes, or where they have left a field blank. So with that in mind is there a way to show a label if a field in the cross tab is populated, rather then just putting a "text field type" label above the cross tab?
