Is there a way to play message and hang up?

We want to play a message to people then hang up the call. How is this possible?

Information only mailbox asks what extension you would like to reach after its played the message.

Menu mode puts you through to the operator.

(Basically, our old DID range is getting disconnected next month, We want to force customers to re-dial rather than automatically transferred.)
 
Untested theory

Use ACD PAth and empty ACD group that allows calls to queue with no agents.

Set up RAD to play to callers

Use interflow after timer to route to invalid destination

Use Intercept handing to provide re-order tone

Doesn't hang up, but the callers will.

or just simply create a RAD Port or RAD group and point the call to there. The RAD will play and hang up. Shouldn't need an ACD group for that.

please add the RAD port to a RAD Hunt group even if you just use one port.
