Is there a way to not reboot after installing Access runtime?

I am installing the Access runtime environment (packaged via the Package and Deployment addin) as part of a larger installation and want to delay the auto reboot. I have tried the switches on the Setup file but the /R:N does not work.

Is there anyway to do this?
