Is there a way to insert multiple values in a statement???

When creating a table in SQL format, is there a way to insert the values all within the same statment or on the same page instead of copying and pasting EVERY little statment one at a time??

Please restate your question and include some code or procedure, more details. are you taking data from a table, spreadsheet. Where do you want to move the data too? How are you creating the table?
