I have a remote S8300 and need to find out its serial number.

Any command in ASA that can provide me with the serial number of this remote S8300?

That will give you the serial number of the gateway, not the S8300.
If this is for inventory purposes, you will probably have to get someone to read it off the front of the S8300.
Otherwise, there is no technical reason to need the serial number (eg license file etc). Unless you are trying to RMA it of course...

1. go shell and then telnet to the gateway with installed S8300
2. type command:show mm
