Is there a way to Audit logins and attempts?

Is there a way to get e-mailed or something a log from the citrix server who logged into citrix via the web interface or the citrix client locally?

Citrix itself doesn't have anything like that.

You would have to audit your security logs on the Domain Controller side in order to determine when a user logs into a server...period.
