Is there a way to adust the vpn tunnel tx/rx?

Is there away to change the tx/rx bandwidth in the tunnel?

I see that is is set to 8Mps. I have 20Mps Internet connection coming soon. And this does not seem to be the same as the physical interface for bandwidth.
